Who We Are

AlkemicaLab operates an Etsy shop and internal marketing tools used to manage product listings, organic Pinterest content, Facebook Page and Instagram content, and related performance analysis.

Purpose Of This App

The AlkemicaLab internal app is used only by AlkemicaLab to manage our own Etsy, Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram workflows. It is not offered as a public service and is not shared with external users.

Data We Access

Depending on the platform connection approved by AlkemicaLab, the app may access:

• Etsy shop and listing data needed for internal listing operations.
• Pinterest account, board, Pin, and organic content performance data.
• Facebook Page and Instagram account data needed to publish and analyze business content.
• Marketing metrics such as impressions, reach, engagement, saves, outbound clicks, spend and related reporting data.

How We Use Data

Data is used to prepare and publish organic social content for AlkemicaLab, analyze content and advertising performance, improve publishing strategy, and support internal Etsy shop management. We do not sell personal data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade data obtained through this app. Data may be processed locally by AlkemicaLab tools and by the connected platforms according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention

Internal reports and logs are kept only as long as needed for shop operations, marketing analysis, troubleshooting, and security review.

Security

API credentials and tokens are stored outside public source code and are protected using local secure storage where possible. Access is limited to AlkemicaLab internal use.
